Graduation Decoration. Use Super Glue to attach a six foot long piece of ribbon to the middle of a Balloon Buncher (made by 3M Command). Do not use the adhesive strip that comes with Balloon Buncher, it will not be strong enough. Use a 3M Command Picture hanging strip instead. Then, use mini clothes pins to attach pictures to the piece of ribbon.
