Unroll pie crust and cut into shapes. I used a biscuit cutter for circles. You could also use a pizza cutter and cut them into squares. Add a small amount of pie filling to crust, not overfilling them. Pinch closed with a fork. Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
