Cromwell's Bridge, Kenmare, in the SW of Ireland. The stone bridge stands over the River Finnihy dating back to the 1120s.  It was named after the Irish word for moustache (croimeal) Do you think it looks like a moustache. In little Kenmare, in the southwest, this stone bridge stands over the River Finnihy. Dating from the 1100's, it had a dirt runnup at some point so it was much more usable than it appears today. And local stories tell that it's called Cromwell's Bridge, not because of anyone named Cromwell, but because the name is derived from the Irish word for moustache, croimeal. And it does look a bit like a moustache...
