And maybe a lemonade if I’m feeling frisky. 🌟 This EASY at-home recipe gives you all the mall feels without making scratch pretzel dough! You must make them, please trust me. What you’ll need: 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (I use Pillsbury) 8 Tbsp melted butter 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 Tbsp baking soda 2 cups boiling water Dipping Sauce 4 oz softened cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 2 Tbsp softened butter 2 Tbsp milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract What to do: 1. Let the dough sit in a buttered bowl until it reaches room temperature. 2. Cut dough into 4 portions and roll them into long ropes. Cut into bite sized pieces. 3. Dissolve baking soda in boiling water in a shallow bowl. Dip the dough pieces into the water and set onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. 4. Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes. 5. Dip hot pretzels into melted butter and rest for 2 minutes on a wire rack. 6. Combine cinnamon and sugar and toss pretzel bites in the mixture. 7. To make the dipping sauce: beat the cream cheese and butter together till fluffy.
