Today, I am going to show you how to make five different flavors of PaniPuri. Let's get started. Let's begin with our first flavour, the chukpata Pudina Pani. In a grinder, I am adding one cup of green coriander leaves, half a cup of mint leaves, two roughly cut green chillies, and one cup of water. Let's grind this. Once it's done, it should look like a thick green paste. I am pouring this paste into a big bowl. Now let's add one table spoon roasted jeera powder, one teaspoon black pepper powder, one table spoon dry mango powder, two teaspoons black salt, one and a half table spoons chaat masala, one teaspoon regular salt and finally three cups of cold water. It's time to mix it up. Make sure there are no lumps. Now I am squeezing in the juice of one lemon. Mix again. Finally I am adding some bunhi and giving it one last mix. And our chakpata Pudina flavour pani is ready. Let's move on to the next flavour which is jeera flavour. For that in a bowl I am adding three table spoons of roasted jeera powder, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons Chaat Masala, two teaspoons of black salt, 1 teaspoon of salt. Now let's add three cups of cold water to this spice mix. Squeeze in juice of one lemon. Time to mix. Once it's properly mixed, I am adding some bundi. Give it one final mix and our jeera flavoured pane is ready. Let's move on to the next flavour which is tamarind flavour pani. In a grinder, I am adding one cup of emily or tamarind water, three table spoons of sugar, let's grind this. Now I am pouring this paste into a bowl. And adding 1 teaspoon of chira powder, two teaspoons of black salt, two teaspoons of salt, three cups of cold water, and mix it. And finally I am adding some bunhi. Time to mix. With this our tamarind flavour pane is ready. Now our next flavour of pani is garlic flavour. In a grinder I am adding eight garlic cloves, one table spoon of red chilli powder, one teaspoon of chak masala, half a teaspoon jeera powder, half a teaspoon black salt, half a teaspoon regular salt and two table spoons of water. Now let's grind this into a thick paste. Once the paste is ready, take it in a big bowl. Into this I am adding three cups of cold water and some bunhi. Finally add the juice of one lemon and mix well. With this our garlic flavoured pane is ready. Let's move on to our final flavour which is in a big bowl I am adding half a teaspoon of or a half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, two table spoons of roasted jeera powder, 1 teaspoon of Masala, one teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder, two teaspoons of black salt and three cups of cold water. Now let's mix it well. Finally I am adding some Gundhi and stirring it one last time. And here our final heem flavoured pani is ready. These tangy flavours will fulfil everyone's cravings. So do try them and enjoy. Until we meet again, eat well, live well and stay blessed.

Kale and Sago Kebabs Recipe
These unusual little fried patties showcase sago – pearls of starch derived from palm stems, not too dissimilar to tapioca. The vegetarian kebabs are mixed with fried potato and kale, then accompanied by more sago flavoured with mint, beetroot and saffron.
