By creating an OffCoin account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
OffCoin rewards you for time spent with your phone locked. You start a session, put the phone down, and if you stay off it until the session ends you earn $OFF — points inside the app.
$OFF is earned only for time between 06:00 and midnight your local time. Time outside that window earns nothing. This exists for one reason: sleeping is not the behaviour this app is meant to reward, and without the limit an overnight session would pay more than a deliberate one during the day.
A session that would run past midnight is either shortened by the app or counted only up to midnight.
Some modes let you stake $OFF — shared rooms, duels, teams, challenges. If you unlock your phone before the session ends, you lose the stake. This is the point of staking, and the app warns you before every one.
If a session cannot be settled because of a fault on our side, we return the stake. If it cannot be settled because you did not report a result, the outcome is decided from what the server can verify, which may be zero.
Where partner rewards are offered, OffCoin is not the seller. The partner provides the product or service and is responsible for it. We are responsible for issuing the voucher correctly. A voucher has no cash value and is subject to the partner's own terms and availability.
You agree not to: automate or fake sessions; modify the app or send fabricated data to our servers; run more than one account for yourself; or exploit a bug instead of reporting it.
If we find a balance that came from any of the above, we may reverse it or close the account. We will tell you why. If you find a bug that produces $OFF and you report it, we will not penalise you for it — that is a promise worth more to us than the points.
You need Sign in with Apple to use OffCoin. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account; it is immediate and permanent. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
OffCoin is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we do not guarantee that any particular reward or partner will still be offered tomorrow. Nothing here limits rights you have under Polish or EU consumer law, which apply regardless of what this document says.
