OSAS Specialist Virtual Drop-Ins
Summer 2026 Dates: May 26, 2026 – August 6, 2026
Mondays: 11 am – 12 pm & 3 pm – 4 pm (PST)
Tuesdays: 11 am – 12 pm & 3 pm – 4 pm (PST)
Wednesdays: 3 pm – 4 pm (PST)
Thursdays: 11 am – 12 pm & 3 pm – 4 pm (PST)

STUDENTS NEW TO OSAS

Important Timelines and Dates
Important Timelines for Spring 2026 Final Exams:
USC Gould School of Law Students Only: Approved Accommodation letters must be provided to the Gould School of Law Student Life department by Friday, 4/17/2026, at 5 pm (PST) to provide time to facilitate the proctoring and space for Spring 2026 Final Exams. Please apply to OSAS and submit sufficient documentation as early as possible in the semester. Requests may take three weeks or longer to review. This timeline is established to allow OSAS specialists to review the accommodation request(s) and to provide ample time for students to provide their letter of accommodation to the professor/designated contact.
USC Students (Excluding Gould Students): The last day to submit your OSAS accommodation letter to your faculty/program contact is Wednesday, 4/22/2026, by 11:59 pm (PST). Please apply to OSAS and submit sufficient documentation as early as possible in the semester. Requests may take three weeks or longer to review. New or additional accommodation requests for non-Gould students must be received by Wednesday, 4/8/2026, by 11:59 pm (PST). This timeline is established to allow OSAS specialists to review the accommodation request(s) and to provide ample time for students to provide their letter of accommodation to the professor/designated program contact.
USC Students (Excluding Gould Students): The deadline to schedule all final exams, make-up exams, and exams for Incomplete courses with the OSAS Testing Center is Wednesday, 4/29/2026, by 11:59 pm (PST)
