  Dana Dan was my introduction to this album, somehow right before watching Monkey Man, where it features in the Hijra fight scene. And I adore that song, but both Aaj and Endurant fill me with such a sense of hope and self and empowerment that I can't help but put Endurant at number one with Aaj right behind it. As a mixed race desi girl in diaspora with very little connection to my culture, it feels like a kind of welcome home message in this album. love you guys. luthienlapine
