Oddz and ends

May included household chores and a shoreline stay down in Old Saybrook. We are in a smallish house as opposed to our smallish house. Despite the beach being in walking distance the rain and cool air of 60 F put us off spending much time with the beach.

Should go back Wednesday;   reclaim our dog , pick  up the mail.

Since I did not have a game.

From last week, I can show an little bit of the paint queue.

Perry miniatures sailors pressed into service moving artillery pieces. Guns to follow.

Local mafia trust . These should be coming up soon plastering the solo rules.  Ready for the next mini campaign set in AD1666

Shame about the weather for your beach holiday Joe. I like the sailors, our mate Mark has them in his Napoleonic Egypt collection

Well early days, Keith. We took a chance, July & August are safe bets, June is usually reliable
. May is pushing it, and the last week just not warm enough for us to enjoy the sand. Thanks for spotting the Sailors. I was impressed Mark's series of posts on the Egyptian Campaign and it did add a few Units not previously included in my rosters.

Jonathan, Thanks for the kind words. Vacations are always fun, especially when they involve ocean air and eating out.

Great looking figures, we did the same last year in Greece, rain and cold in May but still fun!
Best Iain
