Zhaga – Born from the desire to reconnect people with the comfort of home-cooked meals, it brings forward familiar flavours tied to personal stories. Whether it’s the spice of a family recipe or the aroma of a festival favourite, Zhaga stands for food that feels personal. Created to evoke the warmth of shared meals and the simplicity of honest cooking, it isn’t just about what’s on the plate — it’s about what it brings back.
We created a design language that feels vibrant and rooted. Inspired by traditional Indian aesthetics, we incorporated bold colors, retro-style illustrations, and visual elements that feel both nostalgic and celebratory. Fish motifs were used as symbolic elements representing abundance, nourishment, and continuity. Their presence ties into the brand’s deeper message of wholesomeness and shared cultural memory. The result is packaging that doesn’t just stand out on the shelf, but invites people to feel a sense of homecoming with every glance.
For the logo, we created a custom text-based design as per the client’s request, ensuring it aligned with the brand’s roots while remaining approachable and modern.
The color palette we selected complements the brand’s story, featuring Crimson Red, which evokes vibrancy and celebration, Classic Rose, reflecting warmth and nostalgia, and Old Lace, symbolizing timelessness. Together, these colors create an inviting, familiar aesthetic that reinforces Zhaga’s connection to tradition, family, and the joy of food.
