렌탈본사와 회원가입되어 렌탈상품을 생산하는 복수의 생산자의 회원정보를 관리하는 생산자관리부;
상기 렌탈본사와 회원가입되어 상기 렌탈상품을 판매하는 복수의 판매자의 회원정보를 관리하는 판매자관리부;
상기 판매자에게 상기 렌탈본사의 렌탈정보가 연동되는 온라인 접속이 가능한 렌탈페이지를 제공하여 관리하는 렌탈정보관리부; 및
상기 판매자로부터 상기 렌탈페이지를 통해 입력되는 상기 렌탈상품에 대한 주문정보를 관리하며, 상기 판매자의 등급에 따라 상기 렌탈상품의 판매허용수량을 차등적으로 설정하고, 상기 주문정보가 상기 판매허용수량을 초과하는 경우 상기 렌탈페이지의 상기 렌탈정보를 차단하고, 상기 생산자로부터 추가판매수량이 확보되면 상기 판매자의 등급에 따라 상기 렌탈페이지에 상기 렌탈정보를 차등적으로 출력하는 주문관리부를 포함하는 렌탈 분양몰 관리서버.A producer management unit that manages member information of a plurality of producers who are members of the rental head office and produce rental products;
