Abstract
The present invention provides a composite wall outlet comprised of a connector, an anchor plate and a cover plate matching on said anchor plate, wherein said anchor plate and said cover plate have a housing hole respectively for mating said connector in between said anchor plate and said cover plate, said anchor plate has location holes; the vital feature of the present invention is that the connector connects to the housing holes of the anchor plate and the cover plate in jack-socket connection, meanwhile the location holes of the anchor plate fasten the cover plate tightly for facilitating to the user mounting or dismounting, and efficiently protecting the parts from damaging; the structure of the present invention is simple and easy to operation with high practicality.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a composite outlet, in particular to a composite wall outlet facilitating to have plug-and-play function.
- 2. Description of Prior Art
- Along with the continuous development, wall outlet is popular to be used on the various civil or industrial building to become one of vital electrical productions; so far, a wall outlet in the market typically includes an anchor plate, a cover plate and a connector, wherein said anchor plate is fixed on the wall, the cover plate is fastened on the anchor plate tightly, within the connector is held in between the cover plate and the anchor plate so as not to be disassembled individually, and said connector has a socket end and a plug end, the anchor plate has a complicate fastening mechanism; as mounting the wall outlet on the wall, firstly fit the connector into the plugging holt of the cover plate, then fasten the cover plate on the complicate fastening mechanism of the anchor plate, because the structure of the fastening mechanism is so complicate that the fastening terminal of the connector is easy to be damaged occurred by miss-operation in assembling process, meanwhile once the cover plate is set on the anchor plate, disassembling it is became very difficult for the common user.
- It is therefore a main object of the present invention to provide a composite wall outlet, by the novel structure, facilitating to the user mounting and replacing without any damaging in the operation.
- For achieving the object, the present invention provides a composite wall outlet comprised of a connector, an anchor plate and a cover plate matching on said anchor plate, wherein said anchor plate and said cover plate have a housing hole respectively for mating said connector in between said anchor plate and said cover plate; said anchor plate has a housing recess surrounding said housing hole; said cover plate has standing posts built on the front surface, and two side housing notches separately built on the both sides for setting ADSL connector or other coordinating connectors; said connector has a socket on one end maintained on the outside of the cover plate as assembling for plugging the matching male connector in; said connector has an elastic jack fastener built on the top side for fastening itself between said anchor plate and said cover plate; said connector has a plug built on the another end passing through the housing hole of the anchor plate and suspending in the housing recess of the anchor plate for connecting to outlet line led out from the wall, and said socket end of the connector is remained in the front side of the cover plate; said anchor plate has several location holes used for fastening said cover plate so that the whole wall outlet set is mounted on the wall, and the shape of the location hole may be a regular or irregular geometry.
- By directly fastening connection of the anchor plate and the cover plate with the location holes, the cover plate is fastened on the anchor plate tightly, and then said connector is inserted into the housing holes of the cover plate and the anchor plate with the plug end until the elastic jack fastener fastens on the cover plate so as to fasten it on; when the user tends to disassemble the wall outlet set, firstly press down the elastic jack fastener and draw the connector out from the housing holes of the cover plate and the anchor plate, finally dismount the anchor plate from the wall; the vital feature of the present invention is that the connector connects to the housing holes of the anchor plate and the cover plate in jack-socket connection, meanwhile the location holes of the anchor plate fasten the cover plate tightly for facilitating to the user mounting or dismounting, and efficiently protecting the parts from damaging; the structure of the present invention is simple and easy to operation with high practicality.

FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 , the present invention provides acomposite wall outlet 100 comprised of aconnector 10, aanchor plate 20 and acover plate 30 matching to saidanchor plate 20, wherein saidanchor plate 20 and saidcover plate 30 have ahousing hole 40 respectively for mating saidconnector 10 in between saidanchor plate 20 and saidcover plate 30; saidanchor plate 20 has ahousing recess 202 surrounding saidhousing hole 40; saidcover plate 30 has standingposts 301 built on the front surface, and twoside housing notches 304 separately built on the bothsides 303 for setting ADSL connector or other coordinating connectors; saidconnector 10 has asocket 101 on one end maintained on the outside of thecover plate 30 as assembling for plugging the matching male connector in; saidconnector 10 has anelastic jack fastener 103 built on the top side for fastening itself between saidanchor plate 20 and saidcover plate 30; saidconnector 10 has aplug 102 built on the another end passing through thehousing hole 40 of the anchor plate and suspending in thehousing recess 202 of theanchor plate 20 for connecting to outlet line led out from the wall, and said socket end of theconnector 10 is remained in the front side of thecover plate 30; saidanchor plate 20 hasseveral location holes 201 used for fastening saidcover plate 30 so that the wholewall outlet set 100 is mounted on the wall, and the shape of the location hole may be a regular or irregular geometry. - By directly fastening connection of the
anchor plate 20 and thecover plate 30 with thelocation holes 40, thecover plate 30 is fastened on theanchor plate 20 tightly, and then saidconnector 10 is inserted into thehousing holes 40 of thecover plate 30 and theanchor plate 20 with theplug end 102 until the elastic jack fastener 103 fastens on thecover plate 30 so as to fasten it on; when the user tends to disassemble the wall outlet set 100, firstly press down theelastic jack fastener 103 and draw theconnector 10 out from thehousing holes 40 of thecover plate 30 and theanchor plate 20, finally dismount theanchor plate 20 from the wall; the vital feature of the present invention is that theconnector 10 connects to thehousing holes 40 of theanchor plate 20 and thecover plate 30 in jack-socket connection, meanwhile thelocation holes 40 of theanchor plate 20 fasten thecover plate 30 tightly for facilitating to the user mounting or dismounting, and efficiently protecting the parts from damaging; the structure of the present invention is simple and easy to operation with high practicality. - Above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention is just one embodiment, is not all of the claimed range of the present invention, based-on the principle of the present invention, the embodiments are claimed by the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A composite wall outlet comprised of a connector, an anchor plate and a cover plate matching on said anchor plate, wherein said anchor plate and said cover plate have a housing hole respectively for mating said connector in between said anchor plate and said cover plate.
2. A composite wall outlet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said anchor plate has location holes formed with regular or irregular geometry in shape.
3. A composite wall outlet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said anchor plate has a housing recess surrounding said housing hole.
4. A composite wall outlet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said cover plate has standing posts built on the front surface.
5. A composite wall outlet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said cover plate has two side housing notches separately built on the both sides.
6. A composite wall outlet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said connector has a socket built on one end, which is remained on the outside of outer surface of the housing hole of the cover plate as assembling.
7. A composite wall outlet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said connector has an elastic jack fastener built on the top side.
8. A composite wall outlet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said connector said connector has a plug built on the another end passing through the housing hole of the anchor plate and suspending in the housing recess of the anchor plate.
