明 細 書 医療用注射針およびその製造方法 技術分野
本発明は、 薬液注入、 採血等、 医療全般に採用される医療用の注射針 (中空針 、 穿孔針) の技術分野に属するものである。 背景技術
今日、 医療において、 薬液を直接体内に注入したり、 また血液等の体液を採取 したりする等ための注射処理は汎用的に行われており、 そのためには皮膚から体 内に刺入するための注射針 (中空針) が必要となる。 このような注射針として、 刺入する際の痛感の緩和、 皮膚や血管等の人体組織へのダメージ低減 (注射跡の 極小化や早期回復等) 等が強く要求される。
ところで従来の注射針は、 円筒状の針体を単純に傾斜 (テ一パ) 状にカツトし て針先を形成していたが、 このものでは、 針先を刺入する際に、 皮膚等の組織を 注射針の針先により径方向 (カット幅方向) に広く二次元的に切ったものを三次 元的に押し広げることになるため、 刺入幅が広いだけでなく、 刺入圧が高いこと になって被刺入者にとっては痛いだけでなく、 刺入跡の回復に時間がかかり、 皮 膚ゃ血管等の組織に対してのダメ一ジが大きいという問題がある。
そこで、 注射針の先端カットについて、 既にいろいろな提案がなされているが 、 皮膚を含めた人体組織というものは、 弹性的に融通が利くことが大きく、 そこ でこのような提案の一つとして、 第 5図に示す従来例ように、 前記単純な円筒の 傾斜カツト (一次カツト) 面 1 1に加え、 その先端部に、 前記第一のカヅト面 1 1に対して注射針の軸芯線 Pに対して、 径方向 (左右カット幅方向) 外径側ほど 低くなる山形状となるように第二、 第三のカット面 1 2、 1 3の切削をして、 三 次元的なカット面 1 1、 1 2、 1 3のある構成とし、 これによつて組織に対する 刺入を三次元的なものとし、 これによつて単純に従来の二次元的に刺入するもの に対して、 刺入長さ (刺入幅) を低減して刺入時においての皮膚損傷だけでなく 、 刺入圧の低減を計り、 剌痛感の解消とともに、 刺通跡の回復の早期化を図るこ とが試みられており、 それなりの評価を得られている。
ところが前記第二、 三のカット面 1 2、 1 3を形成したものは、 それなりの評 価を得ていて汎用的に採用されているものの、 例えば、 透析用や留置用の針、 さ らには採血用の針のように、 体液あるいは薬剤等の流体を大量に流入出するもの は針径も太く、 このようなものにおいては、 前記第二、 三の力ヅト面 1 2、 1 3 の存在によりそれなりに従来の問題は解決されるものの、 稜線部 1 4が長いもの になって、 これが刺入時、 皮膚等を縦方向に長く切ることになつて刺入時の痛さ 、 刺入圧の低減、 そして剌入傷の早期回復の改善等にどうしても限界があった。 そこで、 特開平 9 - 5 6 8 1 5号公報 (第 6図、 第 7図) に示されるように、 針先部に第一、 第二、 第三の力ヅト面 1 1、 1 2、 1 3が形成される反対側外周 面に第四の平面カツト面 1 5またはべベルカツト面 し 円錐面または傘型面取り 面) 1 6を形成するようにしたものが提唱されている。 つまりこのものは、 前記 反対側外周面に、 平面状の第四のカツト面である平面カツト面 1 5あるいは円錐 形の第四のベベルカット面 1 6を形成し、 これにより、 前述した従来例の第二、 第三のテ一パ面 1 2、 1 3だけを形成したものよりも、 稜線 1 4の長さを短くす ると共に、 針先を針外周面より内径側に変位させて皮膚等に対する損傷の低減等 をして刺入時の痛さの軽減等を計るようにしたものが提唱されている。
ところがこれら第四のカット面 1 5、 1 6は、 針軸心 P方向に対して平面状、 あるいは円錐状のものであるため、 第 6、 7図に示すように、 針先部分となる第 二、 第三のカット面 1 2、 1 3と第四の力ヅト面 1 5、 1 6との交点 1 7が鋭利 なコーナー形状 (角形状) となり、 このようなものを血管に刺入した場合、 該刺 入される鋭利な交点 1 7部分が血管内に存在することとなって、 例えば患者が腕 を動かしたりして針が動いたとき、 前記交点 1 7部分が血管内壁面を傷つけてし まい、 この結果、 刺入跡の回復が悪いだけでなく、 該傷つけることで切り離され た血管組織等の体組織が血管内を流れていって血管閉塞等の二次障害をもたらす ことも想定され、 ここに本発明が解決せんとする課題がある。 発明の開示 本発明は、 上記の如き実情に鑑みこれらの課題を解決することを目的として創 作されたものであって、 人体の皮膚等の肉体組織に刺入される中空状をした医療 用の注射針であって、 該注射針の先端部には、 軸心方向に対して傾斜状に研削さ れた第一のカツト面と、 該第一のカツト面の先端側において左右が山形状に研削 される第二、 第三のカツト面とを形成して針先端に稜線を形成してなる医療用注 射針において、 前記円筒外周面は、 前記稜線の長さを短くするため針先端側ほど 肉薄となるよう針軸回り方向および軸心方向に湾曲した湾曲面になっていること を特徴とする医療用注射針である。
このものにおいて、 湾曲面は、 第一のカット面位置にまで至るように形成され ているか、 第一のカツト面を越える位置まで形成されていることを特徴とするこ とができ、 このようにすることで、 より組織損傷を回避することができる。
また、 人体の皮膚等の肉体組織に刺入される中空円筒状をした医療用の注射針 の製造方法であって、 該注射針の先端部外周面に、 針軸回り方向および軸心方向 に湾曲して針先端側ほど円筒の肉厚が肉薄になるよう針外周面を研削せしめて湾 曲面を形成する工程と、 軸心方向に対して傾斜状に研削された第一のカツト面を 形成する工程と、 該第一のカヅト面の先端側において左右が山形状に研削されて 針先端に稜線を形成するための第二、 第三のカツト面を形成する工程とを備えた ことを特徴とする医療用注射針の製造方法の発明でもある。 図面の簡単な説明

次ぎに、 本発明の実施の形態について、 図面に基づいて説明する。 図面におい て、 1は注射針であって、 該注射針 1は、 円筒状 (円管状) をした針本体の先端 に、 身体への刺入が容易となるよう本発明が実施されている。 つまり、 この針先 端部を形成するための円筒体先端部一側は、 周回り方向に加えて、 軸心方向にお いても先端ほど中心側に向けて湾曲し、 これによつて針先端側ほど円筒の肉厚が 肉薄となるするよう湾曲面 2がまず形成される。 この湾曲面 2の形成は、 例えば 弾性砥石で針先端部を研削 (研磨) することにより形成される。 そしてこのよう に先端部一側面に湾曲面 2が形成された針本体 2の先端部について、 湾曲面 2が 形成されるとは逆側面にテ一パ状となった第一のカツト面 3が研削され、 その先 端側左右に、 互いに山形状となる関係の第二、 第三の力ヅト面 4、 5が形成され 、 その先端にはこれらカット面 4、 5によって山形状の稜線 6が形成されること になるが、 前記第二、 第三のカット面 4、 5部位は、 その裏面側が前記湾曲面 2 として形成 (Xの範囲が湾曲面) されていることで、 稜線 6の長さが短くなると 共に、 外周縁部分には鋭利なコーナ一部がなく弧状になって、 単純に第一のカヅ ト面 3のみで研削したもののような弧状の外周縁となるように設定されている。 叙述のごとく構成された本発明の実施の形態において、 注射針 1には、 第二、 第三のカット面 4、 5が形成されて左右幅方向 (径方向) に対しての刺入幅を小 さくし、 しかも稜線 6の長さを短くして被刺入者に対する負担を低減できるもの でありながら、 該稜線 6の長さ低減は、 従来のように単純に針軸線方向に直線的 なものでなく、 該軸線方向についても湾曲して稜線 6の長さを短くする湾曲面 2 を有した構造としたため、 稜線 6を短くしょうとして第四のカツト面を平面状あ るいは円錐状に形成した従来のもののように、 第四のカット面と第二、 第三カツ ト面 4、 5とのあいだに鋭利なコーナー部が形成されてしまうことがなく、 針先 端部が、 第二、 第三のカット面 4、 5を有し、 かつ稜線 6の長さが短くなりなが ら、 鋭利なコーナー部のない弧状の外周縁となり、 この結果、 該注射針 1を血管 等の人体組織に刺入したときに、 血管の内壁を損傷する等の不具合を低減するこ とができることになつて、 刺入跡の回復が良いだけでなく、 血管組織の切り離し もなくなって血管閉塞等の二次障害をもたらすことも回避される。
尚、 本発明は、 前記の実施の形態のものに限定されるものではなく、 第 4図に 示す第二の実施の形態のようにすることができる。 このものは、 針 1に形成され る湾曲面 2が、 針先端から第一のカット面 3を越えた位置 (Yの範囲が湾曲面) にまで至るよう全周に形成した後、 第一のカット面 3、 第二、 第三のカット面 4 、 5を形成したもので、 このようにしても本発明の実施ができる。 そしてこの場 合には、 針先端から第一のカツト面 3を超える部分についてまでもが肉薄となる ので、 その分、 皮膚等に対する損傷の低減等をして刺入時の痛さの軽減や回復の 早期化の改善がさらに計れることになる。 産業上の利用可能性
以上要するに、 本発明は叙述の如く構成したものであるから、 第二、 第三の力 ット面により形成される稜線の長さを小さいものにして、 刺入圧の低下を計り、 刺入時の痛さの緩和を計ることができながら、 鋭利なコーナ一部の存在をなくし て刺入状態においての組織損傷を回避できるようにして注射による二次災害の発 生を低減できるようになり、 このような医療用注射針の産業分野での利用可能性 がある。

請 求 の 範 囲
1 . 人体の皮膚等の肉体組織に刺入される中空状をした医療用の注射針であつ て、 該注射針の先端部には、 軸心方向に対して傾斜状に研削された第一のカット 面と、 該第一のカット面の先端側において左右が山形状に研削される第二、 第三 のカツト面とを形成して針先端に稜線を形成してなる医療用注射針において、 前 記円筒外周面は、 前記稜線の長さを短くするため針先端側ほど肉薄となるよう針 軸回り方向および軸心方向に湾曲した湾曲面になっていることを特徴とする医療 用注射針。
2 . 請求項 1において、 湾曲面は、 針先端から第一のカット面位置にまで至る ように形成されていることを特徴とする医療用注射針。
3 . 請求項 1において、 湾曲面は、 針先端から第一のカット面を越える位置ま で形成されていることを特徴とする医療用注射針。
4 . 人体の皮膚等の肉体組織に刺入される中空円筒状をした医療用の注射針の 製造方法であって、 該注射針の先端部外周面に、 針軸回り方向および軸心方向に 湾曲して針先端側ほど円筒の肉厚が肉薄になるよう針外周面を研削せしめて湾曲 面を形成する工程と、 軸心方向に対して傾斜状に研削された第一のカツト面を形 成する工程と、 該第一のカツト面の先端側において左右が山形状に研削されて針 先端に稜線を形成するための第二、 第三のカツト面を形成する工程とを備えたこ とを特徴とする医療用注射針の製造方法。
