明 細 書 針刺し止栓とその製造方法 技術分野
本発明は、 外部から針を内部に刺し込む液体容器に用いられる針刺し 止栓とその製造方法に関する。 特に、 本発明は、 医療用薬液を封入した 薬液用瓶、 薬液袋等に注射、 又は点滴用針を容易に刺すことができ、 し かも漏れがないものであって、 熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体と熱可塑性合成 樹脂で作られ、 その弾性力を強化した針刺部分を備えた針刺し止栓とそ の製造方法に関する。 背景技術
注射用薬液を封入したカプセル、 点滴用薬液を封入した薬液瓶、 又は 薬液袋は、 これらから蓋 ·止栓を取り外すことなく、 内部の薬液を外部 に取り出す、 又は注入できることが好ましい。 そこで蓋 ·止栓は、 これ らに注射針、 点滴用針を刺して一時的に抜いても内部の液がこぼれず、 逆に内部に病院内の空気等の異物が侵入しないように構成されている。 このような止栓は、 これを量産しそのコストを下げることにより、 より 多くの人のために使用されることが望まれている。
従来その止栓の材料として加硫ゴムが使用されているが、 この止栓は、 加硫ゴム中の添-加物、 重合溶媒等が容器内の薬液に溶出する。 又注射針 等で欠損したゴムが薬液に混入する等の心配から、 熱可塑性合成樹脂弾 性体 (以下、 弾性体をエラストマ一ともいう。 ) を用いるものが提案さ れている (特開平 9一 1 7 3 4 1 7号公報) 。
本件発明の発明者も特許第 3 1 4 2 5 2 1号、 特開 2 0 0 1— 2 5 8 Λ
9 9 1号公報等で、 針刺し止栓の針刺部分に弾性力がゴムに比して低い 熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体を用いて、 針を刺して抜いた後も容器内の液体 が漏れないようにした技術を提案した。 しかしながら、 これら従来の針 刺し止栓は、 これを製造するときの成形時の歪みが針刺部分に残留して 残留応力として残り、 弾性限界を超えることから復元力が弱くなる。 こ のために弾性力の強い材料を用いるとも、 針を刺すときに硬いので使用 者にとって使いづらいものとなる。
又、 熱可塑性合成樹脂エラストマ一を二層にして止栓とする提案もな されている。 しかし、 針刺し条件が厳しい場合、 僅かな薬液が漏れるこ ともあって、 充分な効果は得られず、 必ずしも使用者が満足するもので はなかった。 このためにさらに改良したものが望まれていた。
本発明は、 前述した諸問題を解決するとともに、 本発明の発明者等に よる前述の特許第 3 1 4 2 5 2 1号、 特開 2 0 0 1 - 2 5 8 9 9 1号の 技術をさらに改良したものであって、 下記のような目的を達成する。 本発明の目的は、 針刺部分を成形後に予め熱処理をしておいて、 即ち、 針刺部分の残留応力を先に解消するようにして弹性カを強化し、 その後 熱可塑性合成樹脂を射出成形して針を刺して抜いた後も針刺部分を弾性 力で復元させ、 容器内の液体が漏れないようにした針刺し止栓とその製 造方法を提供することにある。
本発明の他の目的は、 製造コストが低い針刺し止栓とその製造方法を 提供することにある。
本発明による針刺し止栓の利点は、 針を刺す針刺部分に残存している 残留応力 (内部応力) の解消がなされた熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体を使用 したので、 針を刺したとき、 又は抜いた後でも容器内から液漏れはなく 周囲に薬液をまき散らすことがない。 発明の開示
本発明は、 上記目的を達成するために、 次の手段で達成される。 即ち、 本発明の針刺し止栓は、 針を差し込む部分で、 重量平均分子量で 1 5 0, 0 0 0以上のスチレン ·共役ジヱンブロック共重合体の水素添加物であ り、 前記共役ジェンがイソプレン、 ブタジエンから選択される 1種以上 で構成されるスチレン系エラストマである熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体をベ ースポリマーとして作られ、 かつ硬さが J I Sの A硬度で 2 0〜8 0, かつ厚さが 2〜 8 m mの範囲内である針刺部分と、
前記針刺部分の材料より剛性が高く、 前記針が前記針刺部分を刺すと きの応力が外部に伝播することを防止し、 前記針刺部分を区画するため の外周部分を有した熱可塑性合成樹脂で構成された止栓本体とからなり、 前記針刺部分と前記止栓本体とが熱融着されている熱融着部とを有す る針刺し止栓であって、
成形された前記針刺部分を加熱することにより内部応力を取り除くた めの熱処理を行い、 この熱処理された前記針刺部分を射出成形金型に挿 入し、 前記射出成形金型と前記針刺部分とで区画されるキヤビティに、 熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融樹脂を射出圧力 5 9 M P a以上で射出して前記 止栓本体を成形し、 前記針刺部分と前記止栓本体との熟融着部を前記射 出成形金型内で熱融着させることにより構成したものであることを特徴 とする。
[針刺部分の熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体]
前記針刺部分を構成しベースポリマーである前記熱可塑性合成樹脂弾 性体は、 重量平均分子量で 2 7 0 , 0 0 0〜4 0 0, 0 0 0のスチレン •共役ジェンプロック共重合体の水素添加物であり、 前記共役ジェンが イソプレン、 ブタジエンから選択される 1種以上で構成されるスチレン 系エラス トマである。 t
4 しかしながら、 成形性、 外観などより判断すると、 更に前記熱可塑性 合成樹脂弾性体は、 重量平均分子量で 2 7 0, 0 0 0〜 4 0 0, 0 0 0 のスチレン系エラストマ一である。 一般的に他の用途に用いられるスチ レン系エラス トマ一の分子量は、 7 0, 0 0 0〜1 2 0, 0 0 0程度で あることから考えると、 このエラストマ一の分子量は、 かなりの高分子 量である。
本発明に適用されるスチレン系ポリマーは、 必須成分であるスチレン .共役ジ ンプロック共重合体の水素添加物は、 その共役ジェンがブタ ジェン、 又はイソプレン単独、 又はイソプレンとブタジエンの混合物か らなる重合体ブロックである。
具体的には、 スチレン ·ブタジエン ·スチレンブロック共重合体の水 素添加物系 (S EB S系) 、 スチレン 'イソプレン ' スチレンブロック 共重合体の水素添加物系 (S E P S系) 、 又はスチレン ·イソプレン ' ブタジエン . スチレンブロック共重合体の水素添加物系 (S EE P S系 ) を挙げることができる。 更に、 これらの重合体ブロックを単独でも良 いが、 2種以上を混合して使用しても良い。 特に、 S E E P S系は、 S E B S系、 及び S E P S系に比較してベースポリマーの分子量が大きく 設計できるので、 本発明の針刺部分に用いるとより効果的である。
共役ジェンを混合して使用する場合の混合重量比 (イソプレン ブタ ジェン) は、 (9 9/ 1) 〜 (1Z9 9) 、 好ましくは (9 0/ 1 0) 〜 ( 6 5/3 5) である。 これらスチレン '共役ジェンブロック共重合 体の水素添加物のスチレン含有量が、 5〜5 0重量%、 好ましくは 8〜 4 5重量%、 特に好ましくは 1 0〜4 0重量%、 1, 2—ミクロ構造が 2 0 %未満、 好ましくは 1 5 %未満、 水素添加率が 8 5 %以上、 好まし くは 9 7〜 1 0 0 %のブロック共重合体を用いることが重要である。 本発明に適用する熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体の重量平均分子量は、 GP C法 (G el P ermeation C hromatography法) で測定されるものであり、 次の条件で測定したポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量である。 具体的 な測定条件は次の通りである。

橈みやすい部分は、 前記止栓本体の成形時に前記針刺部分を前記針の 針刺し方向に橈まして成形されたものが望ましい。 前記針刺部分の硬さ は、 J I S (DURO) の A硬度で 2 0〜70の範囲内で選択されたも のが良い。 好ましくは、 前記針刺部分の硬さは、 J I S K 62 5 3に 規定されたタイプ Aのデュ口メーターによる測定値の A硬度で 45〜 6 5の範罔内であるとよい。
特に、 前記針刺部分は、 硬度、 相溶性等の観点から前記 S EEP S系、 パラフィン系オイル、 及びポリオレフィン系樹脂とが混合されたものが 好ましい。
[針刺部分の構成]
前記針刺部分は、 前述したスチレン系エラストマ一で構成されている ' と良い。 前記止栓本体が熱可塑性合成樹脂で構成され、 かつ前記針刺部 ,
分と熱融着されていると良い。 熱融着は、 超音波振動による異材質のプ ラスチックスを溶着する超音波溶着であっても良い。 超音波射出成形金 型内で加圧されて融着させるものが良い。 橈みやすい部分の厚さは、 1 〜1 0 m mであると良い。 望ましくは、 橈みやすい厚さは、 2〜5 m m であると良い。 針刺部分に要求される硬度、 厚さ等の構成は、 特許第 3 1 4 2 5 2 1号に開示されている公知技術と実質的に変わることはない。
[熱処理]
前記針刺部分への熱処理は、 内部応力を取り除く処理であり、 加熱空 気が 8 0〜 1 2 0 °Cの温度で、 3 0分から 1 2時間の範囲の条件によつ て行われることを特徴としている。 この熱処理の範囲において、 1 0 0 〜1 2 0 °Cの温度で、 1〜2時間でも好適な効果が得られる。 前記熱処 理は、 加熱空気中でなく、 加熱液中であっても良い。
[針刺し止栓の製造方法]
本発明の針刺し止栓の製造方法は、 針を差し込む部分で、 重量平均分 子量で 1 5 0, 0 0 0以上のスチレン ·共役ジェンブロック共重合体の 水素添加物であり、 前記共役ジヱンがイソプレン、 ブタジエンから選択 される 1種以上で構成されるスチレン系エラストマである熱可塑性合成 樹脂弾性体をベースポリマーとして作られ、 かつ硬さが J I Sの A硬度 で 2 0〜8 0, かつ厚さが 2〜8 m mの範囲内である針刺部分と、 前記 針刺部分の材料より剛性が高く、 前記針の針刺時の応力が外部に伝播す ることを防止し、 前記針刺部分を区画するための外周部分を有した熱可 塑性合成樹脂で構成された止栓本体と、 前記針刺部分と前記止栓本体と が熱融着されている熱融着部とを有して製造される針刺し止栓の製造方 法であって、
成形された前記針刺部分の熱処理を行い、 この熱処理された針刺部分 を射出成形金型に挿入し、 前記射出成形金型と前記針刺部分とで区画さ „
れるキヤビティに、 熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融榭脂を射出圧力 5 9MP a 以上で射出して前記止栓本体を成形し、 前記針刺部分と前記止栓本体と の熱融着部を前記射出成形金型内で熱融着させて製造する方法である。 図面の簡単な説明

以下、 本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。 図 1は、 本発明による針刺し止栓を点滴用薬液袋に適用した例を示している。 こ の適用例の構造、 機能は公知であり、 特許第 3 1 425 2 1号、 特開 2 00 1 - 25899 1号公報等に詳しく記載されている。 本発明の理解 を容易にするためにその概要を説明する。 点滴用薬液容器 1は、 フィル ム状のポリエチレン等の透明の合成樹脂で作られた容器 2に薬液が入れ られている。
容器 2の上部には開口 3が形成されている。 この開口 3に環状の接続 管の一端が揷入されている。 開口 3と接続管 4とは超音波溶着等の手段 で熱溶着により接続されている。 接続管 4の上端には、 針刺し止栓 5の 一端が挿入され接続されている。 接続管 4と針刺し止栓 5との接続も超 音波溶揆等の手段で熱溶着されている。 ' 針刺し止栓 5は、 止栓本体 1 0と、 針刺部分 1 1と、 外部気密用フィ ルム 1 2と、 内部気密用フィルム 1 3とからなる。 外部気密用フィルム 1 2は、 針刺部分 1 1と外気が直接接触しないようにするための一種の 隔壁である。 内部気密用フィルム 1 3は、 針刺し止栓 5と容器 2内の薬 液が直接接触しないように、 かつ容器 2の気密を保持するために配置さ れた隔壁のための部材である。 内部気密用フィルム 1 3と容器 2との結 合には、 超音波による熱溶着、 接着剤を用いる接着などの公知技術を用 レヽる。
針刺し止栓 5の針刺部分 1 1と止栓本体 1 0とは、 異種の合成樹脂材 料が用いられ、 針刺部分 1 1は止栓本体 1 0の内部に配置固定されてい る。 針刺部分 1 1は、 止栓本体 1 0の中心部分に位置している。 これら は、 後記するインサート異材質射出成形により一体成形される。 止栓本 体 1 0は、 ポリプロピレン (P P) 、 ポリエチレン (PE) 、 AB S樹 脂 (AB S) 、 ポリカーボネート (P C) 、 ポリアミ ド (P A) 等の機 械的強度を有する熱可塑性合成樹脂で作られている。
ただし、 針刺部分 1 1の材料として、 後述するようにスチレン系エラ ス トマーが好ましいが、 この材料に止栓本体 1 0が熱融着させるには、 ポリ プロピレン (P P) 、 ポリエチレン (PE) 、 AB S樹脂 (AB S ) が好ましい。 針刺部分 1 1の材料としては、 各種熱可塑性合成樹脂弾 性体を使用する熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体としては、 熱可塑性合成樹脂よ りも硬度が低い J I Sの A硬度 20〜65度のナイロンエラストマ、 ポ リ ウレタン系エラス トマ、 才レフィン系エラス トマ、 ポリエステノレエラ ス トマ、 スチレン系エラストマ等から任意に 1種以上選択し、 単独、 又 は混合して使用する。 .
A硬度 2 0以下では、 材料強度が弱く、 針の挿入時に裂けやすく、 J I S K 6 25 3に規定されたタイプ Αのデュロメーターによる測定値 の A硬度 6 5以上では、 材料が硬すぎて針刺し抵抗が大きく、 作業性が 悪い。 これらの熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体の中では、 特にスチレン系エラスト マーが好ましい。 スチレン系エラス トマ一には、 S EB S系 (スチレン • エチレン · ブチレン · スチレン) 、 S E P S系 (スチレン ' エチレン ' プロピレン ' スチレン) 、 及び、 S EE P S系 (スチレン 'イソピレ ン ·ブタジエン ·スチレンブロック共重合体の水素添加物) が代表的な ものとして存在し、 これらのものを 1種以上を本実施の形態では使用し た。 好ましくは、 これらの中で S EEP S系の高度飽和水添型のスチレ ン系エラス トマ一が好ましい。
本発明に適用されるスチレン系エラストマ一は、 前述の S EB S、 S EP S, 或いは SEE P Sを単独、 又は複種類を使用して、 これらをべ ースポリマーとしたコンパウンド材料を使用することが一般的である。 コンパゥンドする原料は、 概略次のような配合割合で行う。
(1) S EB S, S EP S、 SEEP S、 又は
これらの混合物 一 1 00 重量部 (2) パラフィン系オイル "·50〜300重量部
(3) ポリオレフイ ン樹脂 ·'·1 0〜50 重量部 ただし、 これら (1) 〜 (3) に必要に応じて無機フィラーを 50〜 40重量部を加えても良い。 本発明に適用されるスチレン系エラストマ 一の S EP S, S EB S, 又はこれらの混合物 (1) は、 株式会社クラ レ社 (所在地日本) の 「セプトン」 (商標) 、 クレイ トンポリマージャ パン株式会社 (所在地日本) の 「クレイ トン G」 (商標) 、 三菱化学株 式会社 (所在地日本) の 「ラバロン」 (商標) の各商品名で販売されて おり、 これらの中から特定の分子量を有するベースポリマーを選択する 必要がある。 この配合に用いられるパラフィ ン系オイル (2) は、 次の ものが使用できる。
即ち 40°Cでの動粘度が 200-800センチストークス (c s t ) 、 ^ P T/JP02/04928
好ましくは 5 0 0〜6 0 0 c s tであり、 引火点 (C O C ) が 2 0 0〜 4 0 0 °C、 好ましくは 2 5 0〜3 5 0 °Cのオイルが好適に使用される。 オイルは、 一般に、 芳香族環、 ナフテン環及びパラフィン環の三者を組 み合わせた混合物であって、 パラフィン鎖炭素数が全炭素数'の 5 0重量 %以上を占めるものが 3◦〜4 5重量%のものがナフテン系オイルと呼 ばれ、 芳香族炭素数が 3 0重量%より多いものが芳香族系オイルと呼ば れて、 区分されている。
針刺部分 1 1は、 これに針を刺しても刺したその部分の亀裂、 裂け目、 又は切断による開口から漏れることはない。 針を針刺部分 1 1に刺し込 むことにより、 針の楔作用により、 裂け目、 又は開口が作られる。 この 裂け目、 又は開口が針刺部分 1 1に形成された後、 針を刺した状態、 又 は抜いた状態で、 この裂け目、 又は開口から容器 2内の薬液が漏洩しな いようにしなければならない。 漏洩の主原因は、 針の圧入により針刺部 分 1 1に永久歪みが、 正確には圧縮永久歪みが針の揷入による開口の周 囲に形成され弾性的な復元が出来ないためか、 復元しても開口を塞ぐに 足りる充分な弾性力を確保できないためであると推定される。
即ち、 漏洩防止は針刺部分 1 1に充分な弾性力を確保させ、 裂け目、 又は開口を塞ぐ充分な弾性復元力があれば、 漏洩を防止することができ る。 本発明においては、 この針刺部分 1 1に熱処理、 即ち、 内部応力を 取り除く処理を行うことによって解決した。 内部応力は、 製品の寸法精 度を狂わしたり、 収縮、 変形、 破損の原因になり、 特に本発明の用途に 関する弾性力に限界をもたらす要因となっているからである。
射出成形金型内で、 熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体が充填され成形された針 刺部分 1 1は、 この熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体がゴム的な弾性を有する材 料であり、 この材料が射出成形金型内に無理やり充填されることから、 材料の流れ方向へ配向歪みが生じている。 この歪みは、 圧力を取り去つ n ただけでは、 射出成形金型内ですぐに冷却 ·固化されるために材料が元 の形状に戻ろうとするときに戻れないので残留応力 (内部応力) となつ て残る。 本発明は、 図 2に示すように、 針刺部分 1 1が成形される工程 Aの後に、 この針刺部分を熱処理する工程 B、 即ち残留応力を取除くた めに成形後に行われる熱処理 (アニーリング) を行う工程を加えたこと にある。
この熱処理は、 再度、 加熱処理が行われることに,より、 内部応力が解 消し、 配分歪が緩和することにより、 ゲートからの材料の流れ方向と直 角方向のパランスが良くなり、 液漏れ防止として効果を発揮する。 即ち、 MD (Machine Direction) 7TD ( Tranceverce Direction)比が 1に近くなる。 この 熱処理は、 樹脂の種類によっても異なるが、 概ね温度範囲が 8 0〜 1 2 0 °Cの熱空気中の雰囲気で、 3 0分〜 1 2時間の範囲で熱を針刺部分 1 1に与える。 この熱処理は、 オーブン等の簡素な身近の機器で行うこと ができる。
従って高価な設備を必要とすることなく残留応力の取除きが可能で、 低コストで実現できる。 この歪み取りを行うことにより、 その素材が有 している弾性力が回復される。 この結果、 針刺部分 1 1は針が刺されて も抜かれても復元力が増し弾性力で裂け目や開口部を塞ぐことになり、 裂け目、 または開口からの薬液漏洩は生じない。 実際上は、 1 0 0〜 1 2 0 °Cの温度範囲で、 1〜2時間の範囲でも好適な結果が得られている。 次に歪み取りのなされた針刺部分 1 1は射出成形の金型に挿入設置され る (図 2の C ) 。
所定位置に設置された後、 この金型に熱可塑性合成樹脂を射出して止 栓本体 1 0を成形し (図 2の D ) 、 針刺し止栓 5が成形される (図 2の E ) 。 この工程の具体的な成形プロセスを図 3によって示す。 なお、 樹 脂の種類によっては、 熱処理とあわせて強制吸湿処理 (調湿処理) をほ ^ どこすことが望ましい。 強制吸湿処理により、 寸法の安定性、 強靱性を 保たせることができる。
図 3は射出成形用の金型装置の断面を示し、 熱処理の行われた針刺部 分 1 1はこの射出成形の金型装置に挿入される。 この金型装置は、 射出 成形により止栓本体 1 0を成形し針刺し止栓 5を成形する型装置である。 この型装置は、 固定側型要素 2 0と可動側型要素 2 1とから形成されて いる。 固定側型要素 2 0にゲート 2 2とこれと連通するランナ 2 3が配 置されている。 固定側型要素 2 0と可動側型要素 2 1とを閉じた状態で、 第 1キヤビティ 2 5が区画形成される。 この第 1キヤビティ 2 5には、 予め成形され歪み取りがなされた針刺部分 1 1が挿入設置される。
従って、 固定側型要素 2 0、 可動側型要素 2 1、 及び針刺部分 1 1と の間で第 2キヤビティ 2 6が区画される。 第 2キヤビティ 2 6は、 ·止栓 本体 1 0を形成するための円筒状の空間である。 この第 2キヤビティ 2 6に、 止栓本体 1 0を構成する溶融した熱可塑性合成樹脂を射出して止 栓本体 1 0を構成する。 この溶融した熱可塑性合成樹脂は、 針刺部分 1 1を外周から加圧しつつ止栓本体 1 0を成形する。 即ち、 針刺部分 1 1 が圧縮加圧された状態で針刺し止拴 5が成形される。
熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出圧力は、 溶融体、 半溶融体、 又は固形化体の 温度降下による自然収縮の容積減少分よりも多い量の容積縮小が行われ るような圧力を負荷する。 具体的には、 熱可塑性合成樹脂の最適な射出 条件とされる通常の射出圧力より大きい圧力で射出する。 粘性が高いと きは若干高めに設定する。 望ましくは、 熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融樹脂を、 射出圧力 5 9 M P a以上で射出して止栓本体 1 0を成形する。
同時に、 止栓本体 1 0と針刺部分 1 1とは、 射出成形金型内で止栓本 体 1 0を構成する溶融した熱可塑性合成樹脂で針刺部分 1 1の熱可塑性 合成樹脂弾性体の表面を溶融熱で溶かし両者を熱融着させる。,針刺部分 1 1を針で刺したとき、 この部分が切断されて開口しても、 歪み取りが なされ又圧縮された内部応力による弾性復元力でこれを塞ぐので、 内部 の薬液が漏れることはない。 又、 熱融着部があるので、 更に液漏れのお それはない。
(他の実施の形態)
図 4は、 針刺部分の形状が異なる場合の製造について示した断面図で ある。 この例の場合は、 針刺部分 3 0に QQ部 3 1を有していて、 止栓本 体 3 9を構成する。 溶融樹脂による射出圧力により針刺部分 3 0は、 外 周を締め付けられるように加圧され、 その圧力により圧縮圧力を受ける ようになつている。 型構造について説明すると、 第 1キヤビティ 3 2に. は、 予め成形された針刺部分 3 0が揷入载置されている。 針刺部分 3 0 の凹部 3 1には、 円筒状のスライ ドコア 3 3が挿入されている。
このスライ ドコア 3 3は、 凹部 3 1へ移動可能で、 凹部 3 1内への突 出量が調整できる。 前述同様に固定側型要素 3 4、 可動側型要素 3 5、 針刺部分 3 0との間で第 2キヤビティ 3 6を区画し止栓本体 3 9を形成 するための空間となる。 又、 第 1キヤビティ 3 2に载置された針刺部分 3 0の凹部 3 1とスライ ドコア 3 3の間に隙間 Sが形成されている。 こ の.ような型構成の第 2キヤビティ 3 6に前述同様の条件で溶融した熱可 塑性合成樹脂をランナ 3 7 , ゲート 3 8を介して流入させる。
この流入の圧縮圧力で針刺部分 3 0は変形し、 針刺部分 3 0の凹部 3 1に設けられた隙間 Sを埋める。 このため、 針刺部分 3 0は射出成形後 に射出成形用金型から取り出されると、 僅かであるが弾性変形したもの となる。 この針刺部分 3 0の凹部は、 局部的に容易に変形し易い部分と なる。 従って、 点滴針が刺されると、 針刺凹部 3 1は点滴針を囲むよう に変形し、 点滴針の外表面と面接触するので、 漏れにくい構成となる。 この凹部 3 1を有する針刺部分 3 0も射出成形して止栓本体 3 9を成形 ^ する前に熱処理を行っておけば、 前述の漏れ防止の効果は一層増すこと になる。
なお、 適用できる容器は、 容器内部の液体を取り出すタイプのものだ けでなく、 外部から針で液体を注入するタイプの容器にも適用できる。
[実験例]
以下、 前述した実施の形態 1で製造した針刺し止栓 5の性能を確認す るために次のような条件で実験を行った。 針刺部分 1 1には、 スチレン 系エラストマ一である、 株式会社クラレ 「セプトン 4077」 (商標) (材質は、 S EEP Sであり、 分子量 300, 000) を、 ベースポリ マーとして使用したものであり、 配合はセプトン 4077/パラフィン 系オイル/ポリピロピレン (40/50/10) のものを二軸押出機で 混鍊したものを使用し、 硬度は J I S A硬度 49であった。
止栓本体 1 0には、 熱可塑性合成樹脂として、 ポリ プロピレン (日本 ポリケム製 BC 03 C) を用い、 以下のような成形条件で成形した。 射出成形条件は、 止栓本体 1 0が射出温度 210°C、 圧力 78 MP a ( 800 k g f / c m2) で、 針刺部分 1 1が射出温度 20◦ °C、 圧力 49MP a ( 500 k g f / c m2) である。 針刺部分 1 1の肉厚は、 4. 8 mmである。 熱処理条件は、 樹脂温度 1 15°Cで、 加熱時間は 1 時間と 8時間で行った。
以下に示す表 1は、 液漏れテス トの結果を示す実験例である。 但し、 テストは、 直径 4 mmの点滴用ブラスティック針を刺して、 常温下で 1 時間、 5時間の間放置後、 その点滴用ブラスティック針を抜いた後の漏 れを目視により判定したものである。 針刺し時間を 1時間、 5時間で行 い、 それぞれ 5回テス トした。 液漏れテス ト結果

請 求 の 範 囲
1 . 針を差し込む部分で、 重量平均分子量で 1 5 0, 0 0 0以上のス チレン .共役ジェンプロック共重合体の水素添加物であり、 前記共役ジ ェンがイソプレン、 ブタジエンから選択される 1種以上で構成されるス チレン系エラス トマである熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体をベースポリマーと して作られ、 かつ硬さが J I Sの A硬度で 2 0〜8 0, かつ厚さが 2〜 8 m mの範囲内である針刺部分と、
前記針刺部分の材料より剛性が高く、 前記針が前記針刺部分を刺すと きの応力が外部に伝播することを防止し、 前記針刺部分を区画するため の外周部分を有した熱可塑性合成樹脂で構成された止栓本体とからなり、 前記針刺部分と前記止栓本体とが熱融着されている熱融着部とを有す る針刺し止栓であって、 .
成形された前記針刺部分を加熱することにより内部応力を取り除くた めの熱処理を行い、 この熱処理された前記針刺部分を射出成形金型に揷 入し、 前記射出成形金型と前記針刺部分とで区画されるキヤビティに、 熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融樹脂を射出圧力 5 9 M P a以上で射出して前記 止栓本体を成形し、 前記針刺部分と前記止栓本体との熱融着部を前記射 出成形金型内で熱融着させることにより構成したものであることを特徴 とする針刺し止栓。
2 . 請求項 1に記載の針刺し止栓において、
前記熱処理は、 加熱空気が 8 0〜1 2 0 °Cの温度であり、 3 0分から 1 2時間の範囲の条件によって行われることを特徴とする針刺し止栓。
3 . 請求項 1又は 2項に記載の針刺し止栓において、
前記熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体は、 重量平均分子量で 2 7 0 , 0 0 0か ら 4 0 0, 0 0 0のスチレン '共役ジヱンブロック共重合体の水素添加 物であり、 前記共役ジヱンがイソプレン、 ブタジェンから選択される 1 種以上で構成されるスチレン系エラストマである
ことを特徴とする針刺し止栓。
4 . 請求項 1又は 2項に記載の針刺し止栓において、
前記熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体は、 重量平均分子量で 2 7 0, 0 0◦か ら 4 0 0, 0 0 0のスチレン ·イソプレン · ブタジエン · スチレンプロ ック共重合体の水素添加物である
ことを特徴とする針刺し止栓。
5 . 請求項 4に記載の針刺し止栓において、
前記針刺部分は、 前記スチレン ·ィソプレン♦ブタジエン · スチレン ブロック共重合体の水素添加物、 パラフィン系オイル、 及びポリォレフ ィン系樹脂とが混合されたものである
ことを特徴とする針刺し止栓。
6 . 請求項 4に記載の針刺し止栓において、
前記熱可塑性合成樹脂は、 ポリプロピレン、 ポリエチレン、 A B S樹 脂から選択される 1種以上である
ことを特徴とする針刺し止栓。
7 . 針を差し込む部分で、 重量平均分子量で 1 5 0, 0 0 0以上のス チレン *共役ジ ンプロック共重合体の水素添加物であり、 前記共役ジ ンがィソプレン、 ブタジエンから選択される 1種以上で構成されるス チレン系エラストマである熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体をベースポリマーと して作られ、 かつ硬さが J I Sの A硬度で 2 0〜8 0 , かつ厚さが 2〜 8 m mの範囲内である針刺部分と、
前記針刺部分の材料より剛性が高く、 前記針が前記針刺部分を刺すと きの応力が外部に伝播することを防止し、 前記針刺部分を区画するため の外周部分を有した熱可塑性合成樹脂で構成された止栓本体と、 前記針刺部分と前記止栓本体とが熱融着されている熱融着部とを有し て製造される針刺し止栓の製造方法であって、.
成形された前記針刺部分を加熱することにより内部応力を取り除くた めの熱処理を行い、 この熱処理された前記針刺部分を射出成形金型に揷 入し、 前記射出成形金型と前記針刺部分とで区画されるキヤビティに、 熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融樹脂を射出圧力 5 9 M P a.以上で射出して前記 止拴本体を成形し、 前記針刺部分と前記止栓本体との熱融着部を前記射 出成形金型内熱融着させて製造することを特徴とする針刺し止栓の製造 方法。
8 . 請求項 7に記載の針刺し止栓の製造方法において、
前記熱処理は、 8 0〜1 2 0 °Cの温度で、 3 0分から 1 2時間の範囲 の条件によつて行われることを特徴とする針刺し止栓の製造方法。
9 . 請求項 7又は 8項に記載の針刺し止栓の製造方法において、 前記針刺部分を構成する前記熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体は、 重量平均分 子量で 2 7 0, 0 0 0力 ら 4 0 0, 0 0 0のスチレン ·共役ジェンブ口 ック共重合体の水素添加物であり、 前記共役ジェンがイソプレン、 ブタ ジェンから選択される 1種以上で構成されるスチレン系エラストマであ る
ことを特徴とする針刺し止栓の製造方法。
1 0 . 請求項 7又は 8項に記載の針刺し止栓の製造方法において、 前記針刺部分を構成する前記熱可塑性合成樹脂弾性体は、 重量平均分 子量で 2 7 0, 0 0 0力 ら 4 0 0, 0 0 0のスチレン .イソプレン .ブ タジェン · スチレンプロック共重合体の水素添加物のスチレン系エラス トマである .
ことを特徴とする針刺し止栓の製造方法。
