Ingredients: 1 lb beef tenderloin, sliced into medallions 2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup diced onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup beef broth 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp dried thyme Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: 1.
