Then I remembered seeing a Bangladeshi chops curry reel in my explore and thought I would do something similar. It was a hit, not quite a Durban Curry or Chops Chutney (as we call it here in South Africa) - I thought it was a lovely combination of the two. I meant to add some fried potatoes at the end but had an appointment I needed to go to. It was a spur of the moment recipe. Happy to share it, let me know. Let these sit for 10 minutes. Place them in your air fryer tray/basket Coat with all the marinade in the bowl. Air fry at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Flip after 25 minutes. Air fry for another 10 minutes. I served these with a stir-fry I used 1 large onion 1 large tomato Handful of chopped coriander Some sliced ginger Stir-fry on high heat With some salt and paprika.
