If you’re making this mistake, you’re losing out a lot when it comes to your results and your progress. PLUS you won’t be getting the most bang for your buck in your sessions.

That mistake? NOT warming up before starting your workout 🥶

If you’re someone who comes into the gym and heads straight for the cable machine, the squat rack, the weights section - please, STOP.

Not only are you putting yourself at risk by possibly pulling or tearing a cold muscle, but your performance and ability to improve will be hindered.

- life is for sitting in big outdoor plazas, having drinks with friends and sipping on one glass of wine the entire time 
- don’t even THINK about having lunch in a restaurant between 3-7 PM
- If you’re walking down the street looking down on your phone, you’re pulling a MAJORRR faux pas
- yes they dress way better here. No spandex in sight 
- they (maybe all of Europe?) have gone all in on banning plastic. Cardboard everything. I admire it greatly. 
- fresh baguettes every day.
- produce is cheaper and tastier 
- I’ve never smoked a cigarette but I think I’ve gotten in a whole pack since being here (second hand smoke guys, come on)
