I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I have no idea why this is called Cinnamon Flop. Another crazy thing is with all of the Amish cookbooks I have, I have never seen a recipe for it in any of them. Then over the last two weeks I have gotten five or six "new" Amish cookbooks and guess what?
