Circle of Control is small, directly surrounding the stick person, including: words, actions, outfit, tone, posture, location, output, exercise, thoughts, mood, food. Circle of Influence is larger, including: relationships, voting, close surroundings, neighbourhood, mood in a room, family. The next layer, the largest circle is labelled 'External' and represents the Circle of Concern, which is everything else, including: economy, others' views, government policy, weather, volcano, nuclear threat.
