I have made a DUPE for Tom Cruise’s famous Coconut Cake that he sends to celebrities. It is so soft and delicious, I had to stop myself from eating the whole cake!

Ingredients-
Cake-
3 cups cake flour (not self-rising)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon fine table salt
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (canned)
3/4 cup of buttermilk
2 teaspoons pure coconut extract
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup of vegetable oil or canola oil
1 cup chopped white chocolate or chips
3 eggs
2 egg whites

Frosting-
1 stick of unsalted butter, room temperature
4 oz cream cheese
Dash of fine table salt
