INGREDIENTS (Makes 1L Of Pink Kawa)

1 1/2 Litres Of Water
2 Long Cinnamon Sticks
2 Star Anise Whole
3-4 Cloves
8 Whole Green Cardamoms Crushed
3Tbsp Loose Green Tea Leaves
1Tsp Bicarbonate Soda
1Tsp Salt 
2 Cups Of Ice 

TO SERVE
Milk 
Sugar APT
Chopped Nuts 
Edible Rose Petals 

METHOD
1. In a pot add water, whole spices and green tea leaves brining it to a boil.
