I truly don’t think my ego could have handled another major L like that so thank goodness, I was in safe hands with the recipe from @emojoiecuisine – I only made a few minor tweaks to it (flour, vanilla and topping).    It’s fluffy, spongy, boingy (it’s a word ok) and bouncy LIKE YOU WOULDN’T BELIEVE. Yes, it is a simple cake. Yes, it tastes pretty simple but it is simple done Castella Cake, Cake In A Can, Japanese Cheesecake, Simple Cake, Easy Cake, I Don T Know, Nom Nom, Flour, Cheesecake
