Since the last fishos were so popular 🤭 I used water based markers by ZSCM and Caran D'ache water soluble pastels for these guys. Using water paper or thick cardstock apply water color paints or water based markers to a plastic bag then spritz with water and lay the paper over top pressing it (or lay plastic over the paper).
