Simply mix melted Biscoff spread with crumbled weetabix and Greek yoghurt and press into a dish, then top with melted white chocolate and a Biscoff swirl 😍.

More of a snack than a breakfast, it'll keep in the fridge for up to 3 days (if it lasts that long 😋).

Recipe (makes 6 servings):
🧡 Melt 100g Biscoff spread in a large bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave.
🧡 Crumble 8 weetabix and add to the bowl along with 175g Greek yoghurt. Mix until combined.
🧡 Press the mixture into a lined, medium sized dish or tin.
