Broccoli Salad Recipe: Ingredients: * 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces * 1/4 cup diced red onion * ¼ cup sunflower seeds * ½ cup cooked uncured bacon bits * ¼ cup dates, chopped * 2 tablespoons hemp hearts Dressing: * ½ cup Greek yogurt * 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar * 2 tsp sweetener * Salt and black pepper, to taste * Water, as needed if dressing is too thick Instructions: 1. Make the Dressing: In a small jar, combine the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, monk fruit sweetener, salt, and pepper. Add water as needed to get to the right consistency 2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, dates and hemp hearts. 3. Toss & Chill: Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
