This is not my picture. Didn't know how to do that. But I did try this on my truck and it does work. Took me 10 min. for both headlights. I took a microsoft cloth, wet it, put toothpaste on it, went outside and started cleaning. I did a circular cleaning, when I figured it was clean I used an area of the cloth that had no toothpaste on it and wiped it clean. It worked. I then cleaned the chrome on the bumper...so nice. You can go crazy with it.. try not too...then your doing too much
