400g potato gems/tater tots Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup greek yogurt 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp wholegrain mustard 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped dill 3 tbsp chopped parsley 3 tosp chopped chives 1 Lebanese cucumber, deseeded and finely diced 1/2 red onion, finely diced 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper (I use plant-based everything)

Ingredients 1 head cauliflower 3/4 cup flour 3 Tbsp cornstarch 3/4 cup milk 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1 cup panko bread crumbs 1 cup pineapple juice 1/3 cup water 3 tablespoons vinegar 1 Tbsp Coconut Secret Organic Coconut Aminos 1/2 cup packed brown sugar Instructions Set oven to 450 and prepare a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, seasonings and milk. Add cauliflower pieces to the bowl to coat and then top with panko bread crumbs. Add to baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes. Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over cauliflower bites.
