Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Visit Wikimania:2023:Wikimania/ja
- Click on “Wikimania 2023/ja” category red link at page bottom. Note Category:Wikimania 2023 is a translatable page.
What happens?:
“The editor will now load. If you still see this message after a few seconds, please reload the page.” displays.
What should have happened instead?:
List of pages in the category should display. I.e. it should redirect to Category:Wikimania 2023/ja, removing ?action=edit&redilink=1.
Other information:
The “reload the page” link with venoscript=1 URL parameter is a workaround which fixes the issue (and seems to set a cookie to definitely bypass the issuing page).
