Description

Tag for strategic progress tracking at the Wikimedia Foundation on "essential", "keeping the lights on” work.

See also OKR-Work. Re-use of these tags was discussed in T357321.

Tag for teams to allow tracking "Maintenance Fraction", or portion of team work that is dedicated to maintenance of existing functionality vs creation of new functionality.
The corresponding tag is OKR-Work.

This was created as part of a pilot run by Team-Practices at the request of WMF management. The pilot has ended, so this tag is no longer used by Team Practices, but some teams still seem to be using it for their own purposes. At the moment we're treating this as a documentation gap: https://m.mediawiki.org/wiki/Specs/HTML/2.8.0 in general doesn't have much documentation on the contents of the document <head>, and that extends to <title> as well.
