How to Extract Multi-Page Pinterest Idea Pins, Story Videos & Carousel Slides
Pinterest Idea Pins (formerly Story Pins) are immersive multi-page visual stories featuring recipes, DIY instructions, fashion styling tips, and video highlights. Because Idea Pins consist of multiple sequential slides, saving them via screenshot results in cropped interfaces and lost video slides.
PinFetcher’s Pinterest Story Downloader decomposes Idea Pins into individual high-definition video slides and image pages. Download the complete story sequence as separate clean files or view them page by page in our visual previewer.
How to Use Pinterest Story Downloader (Step-by-Step)

Multi-Slide Story & Idea Pin Decomposition
Idea Pins combine video clips and static carousel cards. PinFetcher separates each slide so you can save any page cleanly.
Each slide in an Idea Pin is indexed in chronological order with its native media format (1080p vertical MP4 video or original HD JPG).
Slide #1 (1080p MP4 Video Intro) + Slide #2–#5 (Step-by-step HD Image Cards)
- Preserves 9:16 vertical mobile presentation aspect ratio (1080x1920 / 2160x3840).
