      As Melissa travels from Brisbane to provide services, appointments with her are paid in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

      We understand that things come up and appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice without penalty. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, and the appointment is not able to be rebooked, the entire fee is forfeited.

      Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind as per the Govt Regulations for refunds.
