Laccha raw mango achar Slice 3 raw mangoes and make thin juliens out of it Now add 1 tsp haldi powder 3 tbsp red chilli powder salt and jaggery as per taste Mix it well For the tadka,take 4-5 tbsp of oil add 1 tbsp mustard seeds 1 tbsp of roughly chopped garlic and some hing Add the tadka and mix it well 2nd achar: Take 3 raw mangoes and make medium sized cubes,add 10-12 garlic cloves in it Add 1 tsp haldi powder,3 tbsp red chilli powder,salt Dry roast 1 tbsp jeera,1 tbsp saunf,1/2 tbsp methi Dana and 7-8 black pepper,grind it into a fine powder Now add 2 tbsp of this powder Mix everything together For the tadka,heat 4-5 tbsp of oil,add 1 tbsp mustard seeds,3-4 red chillies and add this tadka into the mix #instantachar #mangoachar #kairiachar #kacchikairi #rawmango

Tomato Rasam | தக்காளி ரசம் (In my house it’s Juice Rasam | Sathumadhu) • . . 🍅First pressure cook 2 tablespoon of thuvar dal in pressure cooker with 4-5 whistles and add 1/2 tumbler of water to it and keep it. 🍅 Make purée out of 3-4 ripen tomato’s. Or use canned tomato purée of half cup. Mix with 1&1/4 cup of water along. Now keep this vessel filled with tomato purée on stove. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon asafetida powder and salt. 🍅Let it boil for 2-3 mins. Then add 2-3 teaspoons of rasam powder. Let that boil for further 4 mins. Then lower down the stove flame and add the cooked dal with dal water. 🍅 Allow it to foam, then add handful of finely chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
