Now, it might seem like you know what I'm doing but you don't. I'm telling y'all. Alright. Uh 3/ 4 cup of vegetable oil, what else do I have here? Oh, quarter cup of water, one small box of vanilla instant pudding okay the 3. 4 ounce kind Alright and 2 eggs. So, this recipe was sent to me by Amy Mills and I think you have a third name on there but I forgot. So, thank you and I'm excited to try your recipe. So, I'm just following the recipe exactly as she sent it to me. So, now we're going to give this a little mix. It's kind of like a little a little hack to make with with a box cake mix, alright? So, box, one box of cake, yellow cake, one small box of vanilla pudding, 2 eggs, 3/ 4 cup of vegetable oil, quarter cup of water. Um I was actually thinking about using apple sauce instead of oil but I decided against it just because Amy sent me this recipe I'm not sure if it would still turn out what do you think Amy if if you're seeing this tell me if you think it would still turn out alright so yes it's going to be thick it's going to be thick mixture so now I'm going to get all this stuff off of my whisk just by tap tap tap tap in tapping tap tap alright that's good it's mostly off so that's fine alright y'all so now we going to add so you at this point it says a cup of chocolate chips but Imma add a/ 2 cup of milk chocolate chips of Hershey's alright and y'all I also have these peanut butter chips so we add 1/ 2 cup of these Reese's maybe a little bit more of the Reese's alright we adding both of those in so now I'm going to my spatula and give this a little mix like so so this is supposed to be a recipe for like a cookie bar like a a box cake cookie bar so I think they're going to be more it's definitely more thick than cake but yeah I'm excited to try this and I also think this is super fun because I think you could do this for any holiday I I didn't have anymore Halloween MandM's otherwise I would have done that now but you can use MandM's or different color chocolate chips and I think that'll be like super fun so That's it. Um I'm excited. I bet these are going to be real good. I know that when you use pudding and cake mixes, it just gives it such a good flavor and texture. Alright, so I have a grease nine by 13. So, we're going to take this mixture out and put it in the bottom of our pan and I already think I'm going to doctor this recipe up a little bit. I'm thinking about it fun top and I'm going to do once we take this out of the oven, alright? Alright. So, I'm going to make this flat. So, you do kind of have to spread it out a little bit just because it is thick. It's thick than cake alright alright y'all so we're going to put this in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes and then Imma take it out and I think Imma make a fun topping for this I'm so excited alright y'all so here we have this cookie cookie bar cake mix hack cake mix cookie bar hack alright so we use the vanilla cake mix vanilla pudding and I put a peanut butter chips and chocolate chips inside y'all can also make this festive for holidays you can tell when it's done when it gets golden brown on the outside even if it's still soft in the middle so you know what y'all I'm feeling it today peanut butter and chocolate it got me so guess what? We taking some Peter Pan peanut butter and we just going to put this right on top, alright? We're going to drizzle it. Y'all can put as much or as little as you'd like but I don't know how much I'm going to put on. I did put this in my microwave to heat it up a little bit but I think that's good, alright? And then, y'all we're going to put a little more chocolate chips on top because why not? Peanut butter and chocolate chips. I mean, y'all how can this be bad? It's going to be good and you know what? I feel like it could use more peanut butter but it is what it is. So, we just want to try it right like this y'all right like this. Imma cut down this in I'm going to find me a slice that I want to eat that has a lot of peanut butter because I love peanut butter. It's still warm y'all but I don't care. Alright. Uh we going to try it. I'm excited. I didn't I don't even have a plate y'all. I'm just going to scoop it out like this. Now, look at that. That looks so moist and good. Um this is a huge huge piece and it's going to be hot. So, I think I'm just going to do this. I'm going to get a little oh I'm I'm just messing it up now. Okay, you know what y'all? I'm just going to use this as my fork because our spoon, why not? I'm so excited. Okay, y'all. Uh this is good. Everything today is a winner. Amy, thank you for sending these to me. So good.
