Chop and set aside. -To the same skillet add in sliced veggies: 1/4 yellow onion 1/2 of a small green, red and yellow bell pepper -Season with the kinder’s fajita seasoning and cook until veggies get soft -Remove from pan and add in a large flour tortilla - (also add a little olive oil to the pan if needed )shredded Mexican blend cheese and shredded Swiss and Gruyere cheese( or use whatever cheese you have or like ), chopped chicken, veggies and more cheeses. Cook on both sides until cheese melts . Sauce - 2 -3 tsp chipotle sauce and ranch dressing
