This arrangement reduces visual impact on neighboring houses and preserves views. The fragmented profile of the front elevation further breaks down the house's scale and massing. The sitting room extends beyond the kitchen, and the first floor cantilevers over the balcony. The simple stacked volumes create a sheltered rear courtyard, maximize sea views, and enhance daylight and solar gain.
