The beautifully golden smooth whipped caramel ganache, so silky and indulgent and I promised you my recipe, so here it is 🥰 

For this recipe, I recommend using the dulcey from @valrhona_uk_irl @valrhonafrance , it adds that extra smooth, creamy texture ❤️

Ingredients: 

- 225 dulcey chocolate 
- 450g double cream 
- 225g caster sugar 
- Vanilla bean (to taste)
- 2g fleur de sel 
- 55g unsalted butter 

Method:

- Add the chocolate to a bowl and set a side
- In a small pan, add the cream and vanilla and warm under medium heat
