Having this movement pattern ingrained in your body will prevent untold back issues, hip issues, and even serious injuries throughout the rest of your life! Adding a simple resistance band is a GREAT way to build up your strength with this movement even more. (I absolutely love this move for ladies with osteoporosis and other bone density issues.) Tips to remember: ✅ Even though you’re pulling the band with your hands, don’t use your arms to pull.
