Luau Theme End of the Year Bulletin Board Hand painted beach sunset with palm tree silhouettes. Lights and burlap deco mesh border with raffia and silk flower accents. "Hawaiian" shirts made by the students using crayons and a 16.9 oz soda bottle to make the flowers. Luau theme class photo in the center. "Wood sign" says "Aloha 1st Grade" also hand painted and detailed with crayon.

To match our "Around the World" theme, my classroom door was inspired by tiki-huts, surf shops, and the beach! The overhead structure was made from cardboard and covered with strips of manila paper!
