Follow @marikaday for more recipes Follow @marikaday for more recipes Ingredients 360 white chocolate melts 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 75g dried mango, finely chopped 1/2 cup macadamia halves, toasted 1 cup white marshmallows, chopped 50g mini meringues, roughly crushed 1 passionfruit Zest of lime Method: 1. Line a square brownie tin with baking paper. 2. Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil. 3. Add all the remaining ingredients except passionfruit and like zest. Fold with a spatula until combined. 4. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together to combine. Pour over the melted white chocolate. I get mine from Woolies bakery 2-3 passionfruit Melt the white choc and mix through the mix ins. Add to a lined tin and top with passionfruit.
