This in one of my first attempts at using off camera flash! I put a speedlight behind her head with no modifier attached, trying to simulate sun coming through the window. Another was just to the right of the camera with a shoot-through umbrella to put some light on her face.

Kallie | Mary Baldwin Class of 2024 | BA Music Performance 🎶🎹 I had a wonderful time exploring new places on Mary Baldwin’s campus with Ms. Kallie. Afterwards, we took a drive into the mountains to end the evening. I have found that my MBU grads love to have the mountains showcased in a few of their senior pictures, and honestly, who could blame them?!?
