It’s so creamy and insanely delicious. You can prep it on a Sunday and it reheats perfectly for the next 4-5 days. I usually make 4 bowls, and they’re lunch or dinner for Cam and I during the following couple of days. It really makes life easy to be able to forget about planning one or two meals each week. Make sure you let me know if you give it a go!

- wholemeal pasta
- yellow onions
- carrots
- raw cashews
- split red lentils
- soy milk
- tapioca starch
- nutritional yeast
- sweet paprika
- vegetable stock powder
- garlic granules
- lemon juice
- white miso paste
- rosemary

- parsley
