Fashion has always been a bit strange and unusual. Artists and fashion creators were always trying to find the strangest and most original expression and new ways to shock the public.

In my opinion, this is the WORST fashion trend of all time. No one looks good in baggy clothes, and why would you want to be constantly pulling your pants up all the time? For me, this one just beat out shoulder bads for women, and wearing overalls without a shirt for teh top spot.
