I'm currently trying out the free version.. I made a nine minute video. and it was great. I feel for the price it could be a little better maybe offer a little more but ultimately I'm happy with the free version and I'm thinking about purchasing the yearly subscription. but before I make my decision I think there's a few questions that need to be answered. for instance the $240 a year subscription says you get 50 minutes.. but what does that mean per week per month? once I figure that out

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience. I paid ₹1,000, but after payment they asked me to pay an additional amount. I did not use the service, so I requested a refund and submitted my transaction details and payment proof. It has been more than 48 hours, but I keep receiving the same automated AI replies instead of a proper refund update. If there was an additional charge, it should have been clearly mentioned before taking ₹1,000. I just want my money refunded. Very poor customer support.

What a complete waste of money and time. I subscribed for 385 per month and received 3,900 credits. But generating just one generic 30-second video used more than 2,100 credits! That means the monthly credits are barely enough for a couple of videos, which is extremely disappointing for the price. The biggest issue is that the video wasn't even something highly detailed or extraordinary—it was just a generic 30-second clip, yet it consumed over half of my monthly credits.
