Refund policy

Refunds, Exchanges and Errors: The PlanBee Guarantee

We're a small team of experienced primary teachers, so we understand that every single PlanBee customer deserves to receive great value, high-quality lesson planning that saves them time and supports excellent teaching and learning in their classrooms.

That's why we have two simple, fair, policies if your experience with PlanBee falls short of that mark: the PlanBee Guarantee and the Bug Bounty.

The PlanBee Guarantee

Within 14 days of purchase, and provided you have not downloaded the resource(s), we guarantee that:

  • if you decide you no longer want the resource, we will refund it; 

  • if you accidentally purchased the wrong resource, or spot a different PlanBee resource—of equivalent value—which would better suit you, we will exchange it;

  • if you decide you no longer want a PlanBee subscription and you haven’t accessed any resources yet, we will refund it;

  • and if you have told us about an error in a resource—and we are unable to fix it in a timely fashion*—we will refund you.

* Typically, 5-10 working days.

The Bug Bounty

PlanBee members receive a £2.99 credit for correctly identifying an error in a resource which they have paid for themselves, once it has been fixed.

We proofread everything, but occasionally, mistakes do slip through. If you spot an error in a resource, such as a spelling mistake or a missing worksheet, that's great news for you and every PlanBee member. Why? Because: you receive a reward for spotting the error; we fix the error as quickly as possible and update the resource on the website, and everyone who has previously purchased the same resource benefits because they can re-download the newly-corrected version.

 

 


 

The Small Print (it's not that small)

We cannot give refunds for digital products that have been accessed as part of a PlanBee subscription or downloaded from your account as a pay-as-you-go customer. You accept that accessing or downloading a product constitutes waiving your right to a 14-day cooling-off period. Provided you have not accessed or downloaded the digital product, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchasing it.

If you are within 14 days of purchasing a product in error and have not yet downloaded it, please contact us if you would like a refund.

PlanBee is not obligated to refund products that you have downloaded in error.

If you discover an error or fault in your product, we will try to correct the error or repair the product in a timely fashion.

If we are unable to correct errors or repair faults in products, we will offer you one or more of these options:

  • an alternative product up to equal value by way of replacement;

  • a credit to the value of the product which you can spend on an alternative product, or products, of your choice;

  • a refund via your original payment method.

We strive to ensure our digital content, and our terms and conditions regarding repairs, replacements and refunds of digital content, are consistent with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
