Her husband Sylvano (Eddie Rodriguez) believes his father and lets him incarcerate Milarosa in a cell. When Milarosa gives birth Don Alberto orders their maid Flaviana (Gloria Sevilla) to kill the infant, causing Milarosa to lose her mind. But Flaviana only has the infant adopted and raised as Carina. Sylvano has a relationship with Flaviana and treats her son Paterno as a nephew who takes care of insane Milarosa. Patero loves to paint and makes a portrait of Carina who looks a lot like Milarosa picture from a magazine. Carina becomes Paterno's fiance, but Sylvano besmirches Carina as a daughter of a criminal. Then Milarosa's brother shows up and Sylvano learns the truth. Will it be too late for Sylvano's repentance? See less
