But Freedom Caucus member Matt Gaetz says that the agreement, along with other moves from the "liar" McCarthy violate an agreement the Speaker made back in January with Gaetz and others. And now Gaetz says he's going to exact his revenge by calling for a vote to take the Speaker's gavel away from McCarthy.
