College students rarely get the sleep they need, especially when a big assignment is coming up. "Overdue" shows us what that's like through the eyes of a college student who neglected to return his library books on time. The Student falls asleep at his desk and dreams up a secret agent who is assigned by his agency to track him down and retrieve the books. We see our agent on a park bench, looking at the scenery around him. Once he gets the call from his boss, Aristotle, he is thrown into a stake out to search for the student wanted for keeping his overdue library books. Before the mission can begin, The Agent must be briefed at the commend center where Aristotle, along with a mysterious librarian, gives him his assignment and strict instructions to holster his weapon unless it is absolutely needed. He then goes out on a stake out in search of his target, where he witnesses some strange, "dream like" occurrences. The agent finds his perpetrator, walking down the street with the books as if it's no big deal. The Agent gets out of the car and sneaks behind the student carrying mysterious book titles that a college student may in fact need to read for his studies, and shouts out the name to get his attention. Soon after, the two men are on a fast paced foot chase through the city streets, where the librarian from the agency is seen on the street reminding the agent to holster his weapon. This chase takes them both into an ally where the student has nowhere to run. The Agent uses brute force to take down the student down to where he and the librarian confront him to. Written by
