After money and lives have been lost, the two gangs decide to make a truce and keep the peace on the streets. Cameron meets Jasmine, a beautiful woman that works for the local art gallery who shows him a life outside of the one he knows. Jasmine is, however, the little sister of Cameron's rival gang. Things take a terrible turn when Jay, a member of Cameron's gang, finds out about the relationship. Jay sees it as an opportunity to take Cameron out, and take his place.
