What you pay us to print and pack each item on demand. No stock to buy up front and no waste.
Shipping
Calculated per destination and service level, straight from our warehouse to your customer's door.
Your margin
You set the retail price your customer pays. Everything above our price is yours to keep.

Storage, fulfilment & large orders.

Storage
For your own stock (Partner Owned Items) held in our warehouse.

A storage unit is a 40 × 60 cm box, up to 100 cm high. Handling applies only when stock doesn't arrive in countable bundles.
Picking

Large order assistance
An extra check on big runs, with a sample sent for your confirmation.

A large order has a printed order line of 15 or more, or 25 or more printed items in total.

Pricing questions, answered.
Do you charge setup or monthly fees?
No. You only pay for the products you order and their shipping. There are no setup costs, license fees or subscriptions.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Every product is made on demand, so you can order a single piece or thousands. The price per item stays the same.
Are the prices including VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Whether VAT applies depends on your business and the destination.
When and how do I pay?
You choose between two models. With postpaid, Printeers collects your usage every week by SEPA direct debit. With prepaid, you top up a wallet balance up front by credit card, and each order is deducted from that balance.
Can I set my own selling prices?
Yes. You decide the retail price your customer pays; the difference with our price is your margin.
