1hr · 4 servings Ingredients: • 3 lbs of turkey legs • ½ c Tony Chachere’s Butter Injectable marinade. • 2 tbs Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning • 2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Herb & Spices Seasoning • 2 tsp corn starch • 1 tsp chili pepper flakes (optional) 1 tbs avocado oil Sauce: • 2 tbs Tony Chachere’s Pepper Sauce • ⅓ c honey • 1 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs Tony Chachere’s Butter Injectable Marinade Directions: • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. • Use an injector to inject the marinade into the turkey leg every inch apart. If you do not want to inject, you can let the turkey sit in the marinade for 30 minutes.
